Nightmare : Hope

I was told Hope was what I needed to believe
and so I did
I walk this world longer than I could count
The hurdles I have to face
But I had hope
As I brace the pain
But there was always a breaking point
I don't know what to believe anymore
The pain the sorrow, what more could one hold on too
The tears I've shed, the blood that break thru my skin
I'll still endure it all
for I have hope and no matter how much more the journey
I will fall, I will cry, It may hurt
But I'll keep going
For I have hope.
